Army bomb disposal experts have removed an unexploded device from Woodland in Surrey.

Police were called to Frensham Little Pond after a walker discovered what's thought to be a small tank shell.

Officers put a 100 metre cordond around the scene while the bomb disposal experts made it safe.

The shell was then taken to Pirbright Barracks where it was safely discharged.
