The newsroom here
at County Sound Radio aims to provide you with a comprehensive
roundup of local, international and national news every half hour,
and at peak times, every fifteen minutes of the day.
Our news desk has
well respected, strong links to local authorities, community groups
and residents’ associations in Surrey and North East Hampshire,
allowing us to guarantee providing a balanced view of the news that
matters to those living and working in the two Counties.
Our journalists
obtain local news from countless sources across the region, but the
stories that really grab our attention come from you.
If you're heavily
involved with the local community, run a voluntary group that
provides an essential service or are a resident who wants to voice
their opinion on the performance of local authorities, then we want
to hear from you.
